Our history
We've been designing and installing luxury bathrooms in stunning homes in Surrey and parts of West London, Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and West Sussex for almost 20 years.
We're a trusted family business, using local and independent suppliers. You can also explore our bathroom styles, our preferred brands, our handmade furniture, and the towns we service.
Your new bathroom will be completed by our team of long-standing professionals on time and on budget. On completion you will also receive a 5-year independent warranty on all our work.
Our process
Project discovery call
We will call you within 24 hours to discuss your requirements. We will outline our process, highlight our handmade furniture, provide a timeline (typically three weeks), and share availability and budget details. An on-site consultation visit will be scheduled afterward.
Initial visit and quotation
We will promptly visit your property to assess the bathroom, understand your needs, and provide layout and design advice. If agreed, we'll prepare a detailed quotation covering all costs, including fixtures, tiles, countertops, electrical fittings, and handmade items.
Planning meeting
We will finalize all aspects of your new bathroom(s), including handmade items, and produce all the details. We'll assist you in selecting tiles, countertops, and paint colors. Once agreed, we'll generate and send final quotations, convert them into orders upon approval, and schedule deliveries for the project's start date.
On-site work begins
Before any work begins, all carpets and hard flooring are protected with a low-tack protector. Additionally, carpets are covered with extra plastic sheeting, and all edges are secured using tape to eliminate trip hazards. All furniture from the house entrance to the bathroom is also protected with new plastic sheeting.
Bathroom handover
On completion day, our team polishes all new fixtures, fittings, and surfaces. We will officially hand over the bathroom, providing a folder with cleaning instructions and warranties. We also include cleaning supplies. A complimentary house clean is done in all areas accessed by our team, and the skip and portaloo are usually collected the same day.
Warranty issued
On completion, our independent 5-year warranty starts on our work. If you have any questions or issues you can contact us and our team will provide assistance as soon as possible. More details about our independent warranty are shared during our initial visit and planning meeting.
